Does KumKum Jewelry use solid sterling silver?

All KumKum designs are handmade in solid sterling silver and carry a KumKum stamp and 925 sterling silver guarantee.

 

Does KumKum comply with ethical and Fair Trade policies?

Social responsibility is at the core of KumKum, we promote international labor, environmentalism and social policy in all areas to production.

 

How long will it take to receive an order?

Orders usually takes 3 - 5 business days within Europe.

 

How can I track my order?

You can request tracking information when placing an order. We will mail you the tracking number, for tracking on www.posten.se (chose english and click on Track & Trace)

 

What are your delivery charges?

Within Sweden Sek 65 / Euro 7 (depending on the exchange rate)

Within Europe Sek 150 / Euro 16 (depending on the exchange rate)

Outside Europe Sek 150 / Euro 16 (depending on the exchange rate)

 

Is gift-wrapping available?

All KumKum jewels are delivered in a KumKum jewel box, please click here to see.

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, however if you chose to return it, please notify us immediately.

We only accept returns that are notified within a 14 day period. All returns must be in the original factory condition and returned together with the original Proforma Invoice.

We recommend you to use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

If you are based outside EU you will pay local duties and tax.

 

Can I change confirmed order?

Yes, as long as it has not yet been shipped to you and the price is the same or lower. We can then change the order and credit your card.

 

Can I exchange a ring to another size or model?

We do not make exchanges as the shop relies on an automated system. You make an exchange by making a return and then make a new purchase. Refund is made once we have received your return.

 

Can I cancel confirmed order?

Yes, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

 

Can I reroute my order to another address?

We rely on an automated system and also due to security reasons we are unable to reroute orders.

 

Is it safe to shop online?

Your personal data will be protected according to the Swedish law on personal data (PUL) and we will not share or pass on your personal data to parties external to our business process.
